Eligibility
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom graphic pieces, final-sale items, and swimwear without a hygiene liner cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Open the order from My account, or email info@kwk.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid label for U.S. domestic returns when the item qualifies.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return. Shipping is refunded only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
